12/28/06: Konnichiwa! I said I'd update on Dec 31, but what the heck. 8D Registration is finally OPEN. For those who joined before, I ask you to please fill the form again, sorry about that. I've already built a better system which, I hope, would work. It's still a little bad at the moment, since I just took another script and altered it (guess which one).
